As you deepen your understanding of Inner Relationship Focusing, you’ll also build the skills needed to offer professional one-on-one Focusing sessions, teach Focusing classes and workshops, and share Focusing within your community or incorporate it professionally. The program empowers you to support others in making meaningful, lasting changes through this process, helping them connect with their inner wisdom and thrive. Whether you’re building a new Focusing practice or integrating Focusing into your existing personal or professional work—the program provides the tools and mentorship to help you succeed.

The program includes mentorship and feedback to help you expand your expertise, adapt Focusing processes to unique challenges, and explore ways to bring Focusing into both personal and professional contexts. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to become a Certified Focusing Professional and Trainer through The International Focusing Institute (TIFI), allowing you to teach and guide others in Focusing—using this powerful tool to foster emotional growth, resilience, and transformation.
