Furthermore, Laura promotes personal independence and will not provide diagnoses, advice, analysis, or presume to know what is best for you.

Laura invites you to bring an obstacle, challenge, or life difficulty for which you seek genuine, enduring improvement. Experience a secure environment where you feel seen, heard, and acknowledged. You will receive compassionate, respectful, and customized listening.

This one-to-one session is suitable for individuals of all experience levels, whether you are new to the Inner Relationship Focusing method or have prior experience in Focusing or other body-based practices. Laura, your Certified Focusing Professional, will tailor each session to meet your unfolding process and guide you with compassion and skill, providing a safe space for exploration, healing, and growth.

Duration Options:

When scheduling your appointment, you can select your preferred session duration, with the options for 25, 50, or 75 minutes.

1. The 25-minute sessions are tailored for individuals with limited time or for those familiar with the Focusing technique. These shorter sessions can also serve as supplementary support between our standard 50-minute sessions, if necessary.

2. Most clients typically opt for the standard 50-minute Focusing Sessions.

3. The 75-minute sessions cater to individuals who wish for extended duration and spaciousness throughout the Focusing journey.
